This well-maintained Cruising Yacht has winches fitted at the stern to enable single handed sailing if required. Skylark was dry docked during the summer of 2025 to have two coats of antifoul paint applied, a new two blade propeller fitted and new clutch plates, alternator and starter motor fitted. UTOPIA II is a Sea Chief 38 - a twin engined flybridge cruiser, built by the Sea Chief Yacht Company, Taiwan, in approximately 1979. 4.1.2. The hull of UTOPIA II is the long-keel, displacement type with a deep forefoot. She has a square transom, with a stainless steel bathing platform (not fitted). The hull & keel are moulded in one piece with hand laid GRP, made up of polyester resin, mixed-strand fibreglass mat and woven rovings. I have had this boat for nearly 40 years and reluctantly decided it is time to sell. Fantastic for water skiing, wake boarding & having fun towing inflatables. It spent most of it's life on Lake Windermere but moved to France in 2005 and only ever used in fresh water. Now it's back in the UK and looking for a new owner. It's been regularly maintained and runs as sweetly as ever. Last used earlier this month (October 2025) prior to bringing it home. I'm open to offers for a quick sale
