Topaz is a 26ft Contessa sailing cruiser. She is long keeled vessel which enables good performance under sail and excellent sea keeping qualities. She sleeps 2 comfortably (although has 4 berths); she is equipped with a compass and an almost new Yanmar Diesel engine (which has had minimal use). She has a gas cooker which incorporates an oven. The most attractive aspect of Topaz is her performance: she was the winner in her class of the Round the Island Race some years ago. She has been standing unused on the hard for about 9 years and some work will be required (she requires a replacement rudder due to wear and tear). Once made ship shape and returned to the water, she will not disappoint. Selling to clear.
