Sadler 29, Paused Refit.....
Here is a short description and a set of pictures to give you a flavour of 'Merdeka' a she is today - very much a 'work in progress' as you can see.
I was forced to abandon the refit by ill health, what had turned into two major rounds with the big 'C' for me, followed by dementure for my wife, hence my lovely boat is up for sale.
Fundamentally this was a damaged hull, the damage being restricted to the aft end of the hull and the moulded inner lining. All that was rebuilt by the previous owner, a professional boat builder, he reconstructed the aft superstructure of the hull in polyester grp sheathed ½" and 5/8" plywood.
